How Do We Deal With Worry?

“Worry is not an action”. I repeat this to myself constantly. Why? Because I believe it to be true. Worry really isn’t an action, no matter how much we may try to get ourselves to believe that it is. When we worry we’re not doing much of anything, and certainly nothing helpful. What actions can we actually take? Even if they may be small, it’s better than allowing ourselves to crumble under the five letter word, worry.
